I apologise for not being able to get you the stats for Item #1 Chingon - I've been at work until now. I also assumed most folk would know the stats for these items and I apologise for not linking them up.
For those that don't know, Item #1 gives a boost of 39.395% - combine this with Item #2 and you get a shield boost of 834 or so every 4 seconds, combine that with Item #3 and you have a seriously tough tank... add Item #8 in there and I expect that most things will die before you do 
A short word about Items #4 and #5, they may not seem worthy with the new passive shield tanking skills become comparable to active hards (especially mixed in with the Invulnerabilty Field)
Finally Item #7 - It ain't **** people! make me an offer!
